Professional Profile

Hugo Letarte began his career in 1995 as an account manager for a financial institution specialized in long-term financing of manufacturing companies. In 1998, he reoriented his career towards business consulting in an accounting firm. During those years, his focus was put on the telecommunications industry where he played an important role in the development and implementation of strategic, financial and regulatory plans. He founded LETARTE Management Conseil in 2004 and operated for some time before he decided to accept a position in a major telecommunications company where he acts as a senior regulatory advisor in support of the company’s business units. For more than four years, he has shaped his art to better diagnose, analyze, and plan.
